1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and GoFox LLP. We may update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you should stop using the Service.
These Terms should be read together with our
Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate, current information when creating a GoFox account and keep it up to date. You're responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Fees, Billing & Trials

(a) Billing —
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

(b) Free Trials —
If you enroll in a free trial and do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected payment method will automatically be charged for the applicable subscription plan. You may cancel your trial at any time before it expires through your account settings without incurring any charges.

(c) Plan Changes —
Subscription upgrades or downgrades generally take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle unless otherwise specified. Downgrading your plan may limit access to certain features, storage, or usage limits, and GoFox is not responsible for any resulting loss of access or functionality.

(d) Price Changes —
We may revise our subscription pricing from time to time. Any price changes will become effective after providing at least thirty (30) days' prior notice through our website, email, or other reasonable means.

(e) Taxes —
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, levies, or governmental charges. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your purchase, excluding taxes based on GoFox's net income.
License to Use the Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GoFox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, and not to use the Service to build a competing product.
5. Cancellation & Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and the Service will remain available until then. GoFox may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable period, consistent with our data retention practices.
6. Your Content & Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the data, contacts, and other content you upload to GoFox ("Customer Content"). We claim no ownership over it. You grant GoFox a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and support the Service to you.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any Customer Content in the Service, including any contact or personal information you import.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use GoFox responsibly and not to misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:

Send spam or unsolicited communications —
Send unsolicited bulk emails or other communications, or violate any applicable anti-spam or marketing laws.

Upload prohibited content —
Upload, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, fraudulent, or infringes the intellectual property or other rights of others.

Attempt unauthorized access —
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our systems, or another user's account, data, or network.

Disrupt the Service —
Interfere with, damage, overload, or otherwise disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

Violate applicable laws —
Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of any individual or organization.
Violation of this section may result in the suspension or termination of your account and may lead to additional legal action where permitted by applicable law.
8.Our Intellectual Property
GoFox and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and logos. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the GoFox name, logo, or branding without our written permission.
9. Copyright Infringement Notices
If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to
legal@gofox.com including a description of the copyrighted work, the material you believe is infringing, and your contact information. We'll investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the material.
10. Data & Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our
Privacy Policy. We use trusted third-party providers for hosting and related infrastructure; while GoFox owns the platform itself, you retain all rights to your data.
Fair use
Plans described as "unlimited" are subject to fair use — accounts are monitored to prevent abuse of shared infrastructure, and we may reach out if usage patterns suggest the Service is being used outside its intended purpose.
11. Service Reliability & Security
We work to keep the Service reliable and secure, but no online service can guarantee perfect uptime or absolute security. By using GoFox, you accept the inherent risks of internet-based services. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials and payment information.
12. Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, apps, or services. GoFox doesn't control and
isn't responsible for third-party content or practices; your use of any third-party service is at your own risk
and subject to that provider's own terms.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoFox and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid GoFox in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GoFox harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Jurisdiction], and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
